The Best Eye Makeup Remover
Non-irritating, the best for sensitive eyes. it's refreshing and isn't oily. You don't have to pull and tug at the delicate skin around your eyes to remove make up. It conditions eyelashes. I hope Well continues to carry it.

Expensive but worth it
I've been struggling with eczema under one eye and my makeup remover was making it worse. I switched to Neal's Yard eye makeup remover and, quite honestly, I'm impressed. It's so gentle and effective at removing eye makeup without making the eczema worse. I also love the scent.
