Directions: Use morning and evening.  Face: apply to a cotton pad and gently seep over face using an upwards motion. No need to rinse.
Eyes: apply to cotton pad and place on your closed eyelashes. Hold for 20 seconds before gently sweeping in a downward stroke to remove mascara.
