Directions: Insert nozzle into nostril and press gently until adequate volume has been sprayed and the nasal passages are moist. Repeat for the other nostril. Use as often as needed.

Best brand for nasal congestion
I have had sinus congestion all my life.I used to use Rx nasal spray ( corticosteroids) but I wanted something OTC.I have tried several that didnt do anything for me . This spray is only one that I use now.It WORKS!!.I use every am and some pms. It's great. This brand has different stream levels and different strengths.A true life saver of nasal congestion.
