Each packet of NeilMed Sinus Rinse Extra Strength makes 240 mL of Hypertonic Solution when mixed with 240 mL of water OR Isotonic Solution when mixed with 480 mL of water. Both solutions are suitable for Large Volume & Low Pressure saline nasal irrigation.
