Terrible! Don’t waste your money!
I wish I could get my money back for this useless cleaner. My husband was upset at the price originally... but I assured him Nellie’s products are great. WRONG! When you’re not using a pin to unplug the spray nozzle, you’re just spreading the dirt all over your floor! The pads don’t pick up anything unless you use the white fluffy drying ones. And even then you can still go over the floors afterwards with white paper towel and see that it missed a lot! Do not buy this. There are great microfibre pad mops on Amazon with a small wash/dry bucket. I might have to boycott the other Nellie’s products that I love now so that I’m not reminded of the $250 sitting in the laundry room barely used. Great advertisement though. 1 star for the marketing department.

Good Idea, Bad Mop
I can't speak for any other Nellie's product, but the Wow Mop - while a good idea in theory, is utterly awful. I got my first one in July and initially LOVED it. Then the problems started... every use I had to start by putting a pin in the spray hole as it would either just dribble out, or shoot out to one side in a stream. Then it stopped working all together. Luckily the Nellie customer service is good and they sent us a replacement mop. This one has stopped working in less time than the first - it turns on, but won't spray anything. We've had this one for not even 2 months and the charging port is already corroding (whhhhhyyyyyyyy is there and electrical element right beside a spray nozzle!? Regardless of there being a cover).
For the record, I've only ever used either the Nellie's floor cleaning solution or water with vinegar to clean my floors.

Fantastic product
I bought mine from TSC and it was more expensive but it came with two bottles of lemongrass cleaner, extra pads and laundry soap. I am extremely pleased with this product. It makes clean up easy and the flexible handle assures you can get into hard to reach places. Love it!
