Recently tried this for the first time on a Caribbean vacation. We usually use the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer lotion but felt we got better value for the price (aka size of can) with the Beach Defense spray. My husband is a melanoma survivor so having excellent sun screen is a high priority for us. We loved this spray! Very lightweight going on and it absorbed quickly. I only wish I'd purchased more than one can - we hated having to put on the regular lotion we'd brought along after using this! We're going away again in 2 months and will absolutely be trusting our sun care needs to this product.

I find this product to be pretty average.
I like that it's waterproof so it's useful during trips to the beach.

Help please
I have always used neutrogenaa products. I have never had an problems with acne, lotion, sunscreen, scrubs, everything. I used this product and my face was immediately on fire not happy, not happy at all.

Excellent Sunscreen
I really love Neutrogena Beach Defense Spray. It's so easy to use as a spray and absorbs well into your skin. I have very fair sensitive skin and this doesn't irritate me at all and I have yet to get a burn with this stuff. Getting the product made for the beach ensures that it works with sweat and water which is fantastic. I use it everyday I'm in the sun whether I'm around water or not. Since it's a spray it makes re-applying really easy and you don't feel super greasy after using it.

Great Product if the nozzle would spray
I decided to try this as last year we used the Neutrogena Wet Skin. I loved the scent of it and that you don't have to rub it in after. But sadly I have about 3/4 of a can left and the nozzle will no longer spray. I have tried cleaning it with a Q-tip and still have no luck. So I am stuck with this can now that I can no longer use.

My husband would use this!
My husband doesn't usually like putting lotions or sunscreen on. He doesn't like the sticky feeling, no matter how dry his hands are, or how sunny it is! But this product is easy to apply, smells pleasant, and he doesn't mind the feeling too much - the skin doesn't feel sticky, and it is absorbed quite quickly.

Love It!
This product works wonders. I travel a lot to sunny destinations and worry about sun damage as i age. I apply before i venture to the beach for the day and reapply as needed. Have never burned using this product. Highly recommend!!

We only buy Neutrogena sun protection
Don't know where I read it but someone somewhere recommended Neutrogena sun protection, have been buying different versions for years, all are quality products and no one in my family has any adverse reactions, including burns!
