Burned my skin
I purchased this product just last week. I wouldn’t consider myself as having extremely sensitive skin and I used this product once. The next morning I woke up and my skin was flaky, raw and sore... I don’t know if this product gave me a chemical burn of some sort, or just overly dried out my skin from one use. I’ve been using moisturizers Day and night ever since to help repair my skin and it’s been 5 days and my skin is still flaky and irritated. Wouldn’t recommend.

Really bad
My mom bought this for me last week, and at first I thought it would be good because I originally have oily skin. But no, this made my skin SO much worse than before, my skin is now really red, dry, flaky and tight, especially around my nose. Even the slightest driving movement on my nose hurts.

This product left my face sore
I was excited to try this product as I needed something for a cleanser. My face started feeling tight after the first use and now my face feels constantly itchy and burning. I have not been using any other face washes. When I touch my face it feels very dry and tough, no longer smooth like it did before I started using it. Will not be using again and would never recommend this product to anyone.

Holy Grail
Love this product. I used this every single day and then ventures off to try new things and my skin started freaking out. Went back to this stuff and cleared up my breakouts and oily skin in a week! Not switching to anything else anymore. I use the Oil-Free Combination Skin moisturizer with this everyday. I wouldn't recommend if you have dry skin, but it definitely works amazing for oily skin.

Be aware
I wanted a product to assist in deep cleaning my face as my current product wasn’t working as well with a new job role that was effecting my skin. This product after the first two uses cases my skin to peel and blister out. My lips, nose area and face all dried up and started peeling like your nose when you have a cold. I don’t recommend this product it’s been a week and it’s still healing

This product was a disapointment
I was very excited to buy this product because of all the great reviews I read on the website. However, I was very disappointed with my results. I have normal to oily skin and this product dried my skin out and gave me rashes! My face became red and bumpy all over. I was really hoping this product would keep my face soft but not oily as what many of the reviews had said.

Neutregena Deep Clean
I purchased this product because I found my current facial cleanser was giving me a rash. I guess as you age your skin gets to me more sensitive to certain cleansers. Neutregena Deep Clean was very gentle on my face. It left my face feeling clean, smooth and refreshed. I would highly recommend this product to everyone but especially to anyone who has sensitive skin.

Horrible
I’ve never reacted to any soap or cleanser pretty much my whole life. After one use my skin got tight, flight followed by a breakout. I am just waiting for my face to get back to normal. It’s been itchy and uncomfortable. What a terrible reaction. If you have pretty normal to dry skin, do not use it. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanna warn everybody about this.

Extremely aggressive product to the skin
Product has a good smell, but on the third day of use my skin started to burn as if it had been burned, it got rough, itchy and tight, I have the feeling that at any moment it will burn. I'm no longer using the product and I'm very disappointed because it's the second Neutrogena product that something unpleasant happens.

Skin feels worse
I tried neutrogen deep clean, and after my first use my skin felt really tight. I thought this was odd but maybe just different from my usual cleanser. After a week of use, my skin is still very tight, irritated/itchy and has become very dried out. I haven't changed any other part of my facial routine.

Don't risk it
I bought this and used it for a few days and my skin feels burnt on my cheeks and chin, I don't have sensitive skin. At first I thought I had hives on my face, it got very itchy, now it's red and feels scaley and it's still itchy. My face is very sore from the nose down, Do not use this product!

I bought this product since I have tried other Neutrogena face washes And they worked out great. But this one absolutely dried out my skin, made me break out, and I have red blotches that are hot and itchy all over my face. My skin is so rough and dry I’m so disappointed in this product.

way too harsh on my face
i used a whole bottle of this before and to my memory it is THE harshest face cleanser I've ever tried. it really stripped my face of all moisture leaving it really dry and sore. i only recommend using this to combat extremely oily complexions.

Excellent cleanser
I have oily skin and have found it hard to find a cleanser that doesn't dry my skin out until I started using Neutrogena. I would recommend it to everyone, i prefer the unscented to the grapefruit but that just personal taste.

Best facial soap i have every used.
