Burning face
I used this product before with good results before I stopped using it. I bought it again today with the face wash (which was really good) but this moisturizer made my skin extremely red and burn. Only on my face and I did a test on my arm with no reaction. Not sure what changed but I’m not going to use this again.

This product was absolutely amazing for my skin and did wonders
I purchased this item a while back and have been using it ever since. It’s not sticky like some moisturizer are. It absorbs quickly and helps treat my acne pimples

Disappointed
I use only Neutrogena products. The moisturizer that I was using in the past was "Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture" which I loved it. However, I could not find it in the store. So I purchased "NEUTROGENA® Oil-Free Acne Moisturizer, pink grapefruit". My experience was awful. I developed acne after applying it. I could not believe that how a product claiming to fight acne can cause acne. I kept using for a while. Then I stopped and switched to another brand. I was worried that I have to visit a dermatologist for treating my face. Surprisingly, my face got better as soon as I stopped using it.
This is not right. Customers trust the brand. At least, there should be some kind of response.

Overly drying
I am a combination skinned individual which uses this product after cleansing my face (with the neutrogena oil free cleanser).
My experiences are as follows:
CONS
This product heavily dries my face within an hour of application. My skin will start to produce an excess of oil up combat the sudden dryness, making it worse than before. (This issue doesn't exist when using heavier moisturizers.)
PROS
- It smells wonderful (but fragrances can disturb sensitive skin, so be cautious)
- It is very easy to apply
- Its texture is luxuriously smooth
- A small amount can easily cover the entire face (one pump can cover my face)
- The bottle is of good size
- The pump is very effective in delivering a smooth and consistent amount of product (I usually use 2 pumps and get the same quantity)
- It is refreshing.
Unfortunately, this product does not work for me as it does not moisturize my skin.
I would not recommend this for anyone with combination skin or slightly oily skin.

I LOVE IT
i didn’t think it would live up to its hype but i tried it and i loooveeeee it. it’s lightweight not overly greasy but still moisturizing. AND IT HAS SALICYLIC ACID!! this is honestly a fricken gem and i’m so happy i started using it. the grapefruit scent is also to DIE FOR.

This Product Sucka
I have bought this product before and liked it. I bought it again and my cheeks got bloches and burned when I smile and moved my face. I had been using that bottle of moisturizer for at least a week before this happened. I have tried spring water to ease the pain on my cheeks. But it hasn’t worked. I am so unhappy that this happened. Never trying these products again.

Not for sensitive skin
I love the scent, but it's just too much for my skin, scented products are always harsher on the skin. This moisturizer would completely dry out my face and make it incredibly itchy.
I'm sure it would work for certain skin types though! Just not mine, (dry to combination)

Finally, a moisturizer that works.
I have been looking for a moisturizer that is oil free, smells great and works. I found it. This moisturizer does everything it says it will. My skin is left feeling perfect, not oily in any way. I love the grapefruit smell as it perks my mood up.
