Previously, I was getting very fatigue for no reason. After seeing my family physician and a blood test, low blood iron was noted. I take the new chapters fermented iron complex daily which is the exact recommended dosage of iron for my age. I certainly will continue to take this product

It's always hard to be certain what is causing changes that we experience, but as a natural health practitioner, I am pretty alert to changes and diet and routine, and I can say with a good deal of confidence that this supplement is responsible for a significant increase in my energy levels. I have energy into the evening, now, and was able to start exercising again, which has boosted my energy level further. I'm feeling really grateful to have stumbled upon this supplement. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for pregnant women - wish the well.ca website said so Was looking for a gentle iron pill (as suggested by my midwife) and wanted to try these. No where in the website product description does it say “not to be taken while pregnant”, however when it opened the box right on the label it says you can’t take these pills of pregnant. So it sort of was a waste of money. Luckily I was able to give them to my sister who is taking them and says they have helped bring up her hemoglobin counts.
