Favourite Cookies of All Time!
I tried these when I was avoiding dairy when nursing due to baby's allergy and I'm so glad I did! They are the best cookies ever! They taste like the mint girl guide cookies, but better. No longer avoiding dairy, and they are still my favourite.

These cookies are a bit on the crispier side, but to wanna soften them, I put them in the microwave for a few seconds. Perfect balance of mint and chocolate. You get a lot of cookies in the box so it's a good deal.
