Scented using 100% pure essential oils, the hair bars included in the Wildcrafted collection are specifically formulated for different hair types and concerns. The Hydrator Shampoo + Conditioner Bars: This top-seller checks all the boxes for dry and curly/kinky hair. Expertly combining; vitamin B-rich colloidal oatmeal, delivering serious moisture and shine, along with vitamin C-rich amla oil, used in Ayurvedic medicine to improve scalp and follicle condition, these bars support hair right down to the root. A familiar yet uplifting combination of essential oils round out the experience, with the calming and healing benefits of juniper and palmarosa.

Directions: For shampoo, you can either apply shampoo directly to wet hair, or create a lather in your hands, then apply. Starting at the scalp, massage through hair until desired lather is reached then rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
For conditioner, start at the scalp, and move the bar through hair to the ends. You will feel the ‘slip’ of the conditioner in your hair when you rinse thoroughly. Conditioner can be reapplied to ends and left in as a detangler, prior to combing hair.
Dry and style hair as usual. Keep product out of eyes, ears, nose, and mouth.

I love the shampoo bars!
I have been using Unwrapped Life shampoo bars for quite some time now and love them.
The shampoo bar lasts quite a long time and suds very quickly.
I do have thick, course hair though and find that the conditioner bar is more effective for me when I turn it into a thick paste (by mixing with hot water and storing in a glass jar) - its much easier to distribute to my hair and also seems to last me longer this way.
I would not recommend using the tin containers for travel, however; though they are quite beautiful, they rust very quickly since I always seem to have to pack them away shortly after using the morning of departure. The tins would be better used as gift boxes since they aren't very practical for travel, in my opinion.

I have super fine, but thick hair that gets super tangly and is usually weighed down by traditional conditioners. When I switched to bar shampoo & conditioner though I found many of the other varieties left my hair super dry or weirdly flat and gross.
But I absolutely love the Hydrator conditioner!! It's perfect. My hair even has more volume than ever. A key is to always brush your hair prior to washing - you can't comb out tangles with this. But I haven't been getting them as easily either since switching to this bar. I have tried a few varieties from this brand (which is awesome and made in my province!). For me I like it best when actually paired with the Stimulator shampoo. But my husband really likes the Hydrator shampoo.
I would like to see the individual bars eventually sold here. Useful as they are, there are only so many tins a person needs :)

Exceeded my expectations!
This is the first shampoo & conditioner bar that I've used and I already know I'll never go back to the bottles off the shelf. I was pleasantly surprised at how much the shampoo lathered in my hands and really could not believe how well the conditoner worked ( i did not have high hopes for the conditioner and I'm sorry i doubted it)
In just one use i can feel such a nice difference in my hair.
Cheap bottled shampoo was leaving my hair either greasy, or a dry frizzy clump that i couldn't run my fingers through. Now my hair is light and soft.
I can't wait to see results after multiple uses, which will take some time as my hair won't need to be washed so often anymore. Im excited to finally be able to wear my har down!

Actually the best ever
I'm so pleasantly surprised with this set. I've tried similar products in the past but they never worked. I have dry, damaged hair from bleaching and I have curls so it's crucial to have a product that moisturizes my hair. This does the job - way better than my old shampoo and conditioner! The shampoo lathers up so easily and cleans but isn't drying, and the conditioner instantly softens my hair. The only down side is the conditioner bar is a bit slippery and small so it's awkward to rub over your hair and I drop it a lot but I'm sure I'll get used to it. It's worth it to know I'm eliminating another set of plastic bottles from my life! The travel tins are great too, nice and compact.

Didn't work
I have thick wavy/curly hair and this product did not work for me. I was disappointed firstly that the shampoo is much bigger than the conditioner but I thought I guess that makes sense if you plan to use the shampoo as a body wash otherwise it makes no sense at all as most people use twice as much as conditioner as shampoo. Secondly while the shampoo lathered great and felt like it cleaned it was pretty drying my hair definitely needed substantial conditioner after I used it. Unfortunately the conditioner never lathered or softened to feel like I had slip between my hair and fingers. I ended using the hotel products just to get a brush through my hair. I wouldn't recommend it given that the conditioner bar is inferior to the shampoo bar and conditioners in general.

Very Happy!
I bought the hydrator travel set as my first time venture into bar shampoo. I have a lot of fine long hair and find the conditioner bar a little hard to work...feels like i'm running wax through my hair, but the shampoo bar is amazing! Just a few swipes over my head and it lathers up nicely and leave my hair feeling light and fresh. I would totally continue to buy this shampoo bar going forward (and rate the shampoo excellent) but may stick to another form of conditioner.

Very impressed with this set! I have coarse, thick, curly/frizzy hair and this is making my hair feel very healthy, I'm also very impressed with the level of shine. I've used sulfate-free shampoo for years so I would say this was an easy switch for me and didn't feel "different" after the first few washes but I'm noticing more improvements the longer I use it. The shampoo bar lathers great, the conditioner is great i hae to leave it in for a while but that's the same with most conditioners I use. All in all, very impressed with this set. The tins will be great for travelling.

I bought this to bring on a trip I was going on and wanted to minimize weight, I was also curious to try the bar hair soap. I absolutely love it!!!!! My hair feels great after, the scent is deliciously natural, there's no plastics involved, I'm converted! I'm curious to see how long it will last as the cost is a little steep but I only wash my hair 2x week. I'm also using it on my kids hair. I'm in love with this product!
