Noughty De-Alcoholized Monte Rouge Syrah

Noughty Mont dealcoholized red wine is an expertly crafted, well-balanced, fuller bodied wine with a rich ruby colour and an impressive structure from subtle wood ageing. The wine is 100% Syrah, harvested and fermented in the same way as alcoholic wine. French oak is used during malolactic fermentation to give it its distinctive depth and complexity. The grapes are from one or two selected vineyards in the South African region where the wine is made. The wine is then put through a highly sensitive dealcoholization process to retain all the vinous qualities we would want from a beautiful South African red wine.
