These are vile! I buy a lot of NOW vitamins and they are fine, but these, oh my gosh! They smell and taste awful. They kept repeating on me too, which also tasted awful. Now I am stuck with 250 of these gross vitamins - do yourself a favour and try another brand for your B-complex vitamins.

Unusual for me but I bought this product without looking close enough at the label.I do not like Cyanocobalamin for my source of B12 and will look for a multi B that has methlcobalamin
