NOW Foods Organic Flaxseed Oil has become a staple health product as a balanced source of the essential Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. NOW provides a convenient and potent liquid source of this oil from organic sources to meet growing consumer demand for pure, non-GMO sources of essential fatty acids. The liquid can be taken direct from spoon, or added to foods, salads, hot/cold cereals, yogurts, health shakes and smoothies. It can also be used as a butter/margarine replacement on vegetables, rice, potatoes, or toast.
