Very happy with this product
I have never taken an iron supplement before because I had heard it can cause constipation. I started tracking my diet using an app and the iron I was getting was not cutting it, so after some research I purchased this one. I have not found it to cause any digestive issues. The vitamin B12 and C levels are excellent. Amazing product especially at the price point.

Herbal taste, seems natural
Easy to take... seems to have an effect on my bowel movement though :-( I might be more sensitive because of IBS... I was hopeful it might not because of other reviews...
I might start spliting it in two...

Not for use during pregnancy
These are not recommended for use during pregnancy. This is not stated on the website or on the bottle but it is on the manufacturers website. This should be clearly stated. That being said the pills themselves did not upset my stomach or cause constipation so it would be good for anyone who isn’t pregnant.

So far so good
Iron supplements take time to work for me because I'm super anemic. I have noticed less leg cramping at night. The best part is they don't make me nauseous.

Easy in my stomach
It is easy in my stomach, and does not give me any discomfort. I don't take it everyday. I take it when I feel faint, especially after the menstrual period.
