L-Lysine is also a precursor to L-carnitine, which is needed for fat metabolism and energy production, which can support good health.

Lysine has changed my life
I have struggled with skin problems for most of my adult life, and the biggest improvement has come since supplementing with lysine. My skin is able to heal itself much faster. Acne is far less frequent, smaller, and disappears sooner. I mostly use the powdered form because it's cheaper.

This item
Here is the best bang for your buck. I foster cats that meds this as a supplement to help their immune system and this outranks paying vet prices for their product.
