Recommended Dosage: Adults Only Dosage: Take 1-3 capsules daily, at or before bedtime. For
use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. Do not drive or
use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, or other medications or natural health products with sedativeproperties is not recommended. If symptoms persist for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any of the following medications: anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications,immunosuppressive medications, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, or steroids. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes or hypoglycaemia, hormonal disorder, immune system disease,liver disease, migraine, or seizure disorders. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) and rare allergic reactions have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.

Works great!
These definitely help me sleep better. I have difficulty falling asleep and that is mostly gone when I take these. I find the 3mg dose is just right that I sleep soundly but don't have weird dreams or nightmares. I chose this brand because I can't have any corn derivatives, and this is packed with rice flour instead of some kind of corn starch. Its nice that you can take them with water and don't have to dissolve them under your tongue.

Based on the ingredients this product is NOT VEGAN
If you're vegan/halal/kosher/allergic to animal byproducts don't buy this product. This website says it's vegan but lists gelatin as one of the ingredients. Gelatin is made from animal bones/collagen.
