Only one teaspoon daily!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’ve been adding this MCT oil to my iced coffee every morning. It has a mild taste and mixes in easily without changing the flavor. I like that MCT oil provides a quick source of fat that can be used for energy, and it’s also a convenient way to add healthy fats to my daily routine. The liquid formula makes it really easy to measure and add to coffee, smoothies or salad. Since adding MCT oil to my daily routine, I feel like I have more energy throughout the day, and it’s been a helpful addition to my weight-management routine by helping me feel more satisfied and on track with my goals. I recommend!

Flavourless and convenient
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had never tried MCT oil before but ever since I got this bottle, I have been using it pretty much every day. It is so easy to add to foods. It is clear and colourless, does not taste like anything. For example, I heated up leftover pasta and it became a bit dry, but after adding a serving of MCT oil it was perfect again. It is so convenient to add to salad dressing too. The bottle is big and it comes in a dark coloured bottle to protect it from damage from sunlight. The only thing I dislike about the bottle is that whenever I pour it dribbles a bit down the side. Otherwise, this is a fantastic product.

Great value and noticeable boost, but start slow!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) âI wasn't expecting such a huge bottle! The packaging was really good so it got to me safely. After researching online, I decided to start with 1 teaspoon per day in my morning coffee before work. It doesn't have any noticeable taste or odor, which makes it super easy to mix in.
âIt definitely works—it keeps my hunger suppressed and gave me a noticeable energy boost when I started taking it before workouts. Just be aware of the initial transition: it made me a bit nauseous for the first couple of days and definitely sped up my digestion (made me use the bathroom right away). Overall, it's a great product, just make sure to ease into it!

Easy to add in daily routine
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’ve been trying the NOW MCT Oil and It is very easy to add this in my daily routine. I usually take a small amount with my meals or add it to my morning drink.
The oil has a clear, lightweight liquid consistency and pours easily from the bottle. The cap closes securely, which makes it convenient to store. It has a very mild smell and no strong odor, and I don’t notice much taste when I mix it with food or drinks.
I like that MCT oil is quickly digested and can be used by the body for energy. It’s also an easy addition to a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
I like the simple packaging, light consistency, and how easy it is to include in my everyday routine.

Everyday Staple
We use this everyday in our coffee to stay in ketosis. It eliminates brain fog and keeps the body fat adapted. The product fluctuates in price and goes out of stock frequently. When this occurs, the alternates do no deliver the consistent results that NOW Sports does. We tend to stock up at home to avoid these issues.

A little weight loss boost!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I started using this MCT oil as per the bottle but it really upset my stomach so I took half a tablespoon. In the first week of using it my weight loss, with exercise and a weight loss dirt dropped to 2lbs when I was only losing 1lb a week.
I added it to my breakfast oatmeal, eggs or shake and you can't even taste that it's there. I found that it did help keep me full all morning until lunch!
Now that I have been using it for 2 weeks, I have upped my intake to 1tablespoon and have had no stomach issues.

Makes you feel energized
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’m really happy with this MCT oil, it mixes easily into my morning coffee and has smooth and really mild taste. You cannot taste it at all, it’s kind of bland, which makes it easy to drink. Sometimes I add it to my morning smoothies and cannot say the difference. It makes me feel fuller for long and helping me with intermittent fasting. Just 1 teaspoon in your coffee and see the energy in you! The bottle is good size, great quality and food value for the price!

Easy, flavourless addition to my morning coffee
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Easy addition to my morning coffee and I really like how easy it is to work into my routine. I started with a teaspoon and The flavour is very neutral, so it doesn’t change the flavour and mixes in nicely- especially if I froth it. I’m fairly new at using it so I can’t speak dramatically on the long term benefits yet but I’ve enjoyed it so far.
I keep it stored in my cupboard and its easily available.
