How to use:

1. On Bare Skin: Swipe from stick onto highpoints of the face, inner eye corners and cupid’s bow and
2. pat onto skin with fingers or brush.
3. Over Makeup: Swipe brush from stick using a brush or fingers then pat product onto highpoints of the face, inner eye corners and cupid’s bow.
4. Transform a powder highlighter for a “wet look”
