If you like sunflower seeds, then you will obviously like this. I thought it tasted good on toast. It also has no sugar in it, which is perfect for people trying to follow a low-glycemic diet

A great-quality, good-tasting Canadian product. Very happy about the use of a glass rather than a plastic jar. Honestly, we simply make most of our own nut and seed butters (peanut, almond, cashew, coconut, tahini), but the price for this item is good enough that it's just about as reasonable as making our own (especially since it's organic). Have purchased many times already –– pick up another jar pretty much every time Well.ca puts it on sale. Very versatile, whether as a straight-up spread, smoothie add-in, or baking ingredient. Love.

The only reason for the 4 star rating is because I thought that this was just made of organic sunflower seeds with nothing else. Since there are many foods that I'm not supposed to eat, I have to pay special attention to ingredient listings. Upon receiving it, I noticed that it's also made with organic sunflower oil. Thankfully, I can eat that, but it came as a surprise. Besides that, this is a great product! It tastes as expected considering the ingredients and mixes up nicely. I've used it to make a few different types of desserts and they've all turned out well. I also love that it comes in a glass jar and that it's made in Canada! The stores I shop at don't carry the organic sunflower seed butter, only the regular, so thank you, well.ca!

Good Sunflower seed butter but during shipping the jars that were tipped sideways in the box lost a lot of their oil out the lid so makes the butter hard then. Would be helpful to make sure they cannot tip during shipping and to write on box to keep upright or something like that.
