I really like this option as a natural peanut butter replacement. It is a pretty reasonable price, but I have to say the flavour of the pumpkin seed butter or natural peanut is better. The pumpkin seed butter is actually my favourite even over peanut butter, but this has a price point that makes it a viable replacement.
Basically, I would recommend the whole brand. They are Canadian and good quality at a reasonable price. This is a new staple in my household.

healthy, delicious, Canadian, monounsaturated fats--at a decent price. i can't say enough good things about these nut butters... to use them in cooking, here are two ideas. substitute for the tahini in chickpea hummus, or swap out for part of the butter/oil in a muffin or quickbread recipe. another reviewer on here mentioned adding a spoonful to smoothies--great idea! awesome! :-)

The best before date is suittable for the freshness of the sunflower seed butter, and it is very good spread on a whole spelt and sprouting grains slice of bread,dredged with turmeric and fresh ground pepper, sprinkled with hemp seeds and grated coconut.

A Staple in my Pantry
I love this stuff. It's great on sandwiches. I bake with it a lot. I'm allergic to nuts & almonds. So I use this as a substitute for almond butter in recipes.
