I really like this option as a natural peanut butter replacement. It is a pretty reasonable price, but I have to say the flavour of the pumpkin seed butter or natural peanut is better. The pumpkin seed butter is actually my favourite even over peanut butter, but this has a price point that makes it a viable replacement.
Basically, I would recommend the whole brand. They are Canadian and good quality at a reasonable price. This is a new staple in my household.

Delicious and nutritious! A mainstay in our fridge. No oil added, just dry roasted sunflower seeds. Love the eco friendly glass container.

Ordered this as a peanut butter alternative for our nut free school. My 5 year old son loves it! Sunflower butter & jam sandwiches have been requested every day now

Great that there is no sugar or any other ingredients in it. Tastes less sweet than most nut butters.

Great for those of us that try not to do nuts. also full of magnesium.

It's pretty good but not my favorite type of nut/seed butter. I'm glad to have tried it. Love this brand and their selection

healthy, delicious, Canadian, monounsaturated fats--at a decent price. i can't say enough good things about these nut butters... to use them in cooking, here are two ideas. substitute for the tahini in chickpea hummus, or swap out for part of the butter/oil in a muffin or quickbread recipe. another reviewer on here mentioned adding a spoonful to smoothies--great idea! awesome! :-)
