(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I tried the NYX On the Rise Volume Liftscara in the shade "black". I have straight and short lashes that grow downwards and I normally have to use waterproof mascara in order to get my lashes to hold a curl. I was very impressed with this mascara. It was very volumizing, truely black in colour, and doesn't clump even with 2 layers. It holds a curl quite well and because it's not waterproof, it was easy to remove at the end of the day. And it didn't smudge, which tends to happen with other non-waterproof mascaras just because of the shape of my eyes.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I'm actually surprised that this product got so many great reviews, as I had a horrible experience with it. I never write bad reviews and I was so excited to test this one out, but this mascara was the worst I have ever tried. The bottle and the applicator I received must have been defunct. The bottle was very difficult to open, the product itself came out in one big clump on the applicator, and I could not see the bristles whatsoever. The product then clumped on my eyelashes and took a very long time to dry. Unfortunately, I could not work with it at all.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) i got this NYX on the rise mascara free from chickadvisor's product review club. i am so glad that i got to try this mascara.. it is my new favourite! i applied it as soon as i got my mail and i didnt take it off until i went to bed later that night. i wore it all day and my lashes were still perfect! it definitely lifted them as well as curled them, it gave a lot of volume and the colour was nice- i love super black mascaras! i will definitely purchase this again when it runs out and reccomend it to all of my friends!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was super excited to try this mascara specifically for the lift aspect its labeled for. I am all for the bold and dramatic look, it's my go to, however when this mascara dried it became very clumpy looking. I think this mascara would perform better with a comb that has teeth spread out more. I found I couldn't comb through my lashes to get a good enough coverage to prevent clumping. After about 5 to 6 comb throughs I had a very bold, intense lash look which is fine, but I feel like the product will not last me long if I have to do that with ever application. I do love the packing and it was super easy to remove even after wearing it all day!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Yes, yes, and yes! I'M IN LOVE with this mascara!!!! I have always been a little worried about how small my lashes are, but never have wanted to try extensions. This mascara looks so good, I think I'll just wear it forever!
It adds lots of volume and lift. I didn't even curl my lashes, and I was in awe of the results.
It looks like I have falsies on.
There is no sense of heaviness on your lashes like you would expect. It's very lightweight and free feeling. I am never going back to using a different mascara again!
This one is amazing.
I've uploaded a picture of me looking in mirror. My left eye has no mascara on, and my right does. What a difference!

The product itself is also great, it provided my lashes with the lift and volume they need. The best part of most nyx products is their affordability. Now you can have mascara that does the same thing as more expensive mascaras at a much more reasonable price!

I recently got this mascara from #chickadvisor for testing purposes and i fell in love with it. i knew i had to buy it again after using it the first time. this mascara is great because it not only gives my lashes amazing volume but also great length and lift. giving them that dramatic look without it flaking or smudging throughout the day because the formula is that great. i think this mascara has become a staple in my makeup and i would highly recommend that you try it because its a hidden gem from drugstore.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Loved this mascara plain and simple, my only complaint is that it wouldn't say it gives you length. Definitely adds lots of volume to the lashes though and didn't weigh them down which is nice! I got this product for free from Chick Advisor to try and would certainly buy this after it's gone! I also found that it was a great straight from opening it, sometimes you need to let mascara oxidize before you love it and this one I loved right away. So if fullness is what you're looking for it's worth a go!
