I used it on my legs after exercising and it helped soothe my muscles. It also helped with my neck pain. I used it on my forehead after getting a migraine and the cold compress made me feel at ease. It’s great to have when you have pain or sore muscles. Would recommend this product.

I received this product for free from Influenster and Obusforme in exchange for my honest review. First impression: made of good quality materials, plastic is thick and soft, so the corners of the gel pack would not poke or catch you. The instructions are clearly printed on the compress in both English and French so no fear of losing them. I found the compress to be very comfortable to use and effective! Used both as a hot and a cold compress it functions as I would want and expect. After having it in the freezer overnight I used the pliable compress which conformed comfortably on my neck and shoulders. After 30 mins of use it was still cold. I found that the compress stays cold enough to be used continuously for more than an hour. I can see this being a huge benefit if you have a lot of bug bites. To hear for use as a hot compress I put it in a pot of hot water for 7 mins. It remained a good temperature for about an hour. I would recommend this hot/cold compress.
