Directions: After shampooing, apply conditioner generously to hair, working through to ends. Wait 3-5 minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly.

Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse immediately.

I only gave it three stars, though, as I find it quite challenging to get the substance out of the bottle. I had to use two hands, but then my hair ends up all over the tub.

But the ingredients are ironically not curly girl approved even though it claims it's for curly hair. I've used it for a few washes already and my hair still feels dry and no trace of curl whatsoever.
