Work well for bread!
I recently started making my own bread using this flour, mixed with about 20% millet flour. It works very well, better than other sprouted whole wheat flours I have tried. The bread is dense without being heavy, and with the millet, has a nice subtle crunch. The One Degree website also has many helpful recipes that are surprisingly easy.
