Scent doesn't stay
When I initially purchased this, there were reviews saying it smelt institutional or like a hospital. I guess it kind of does, but because they've chosen two "top notes" (from aromatherapy theory), they dissipate within an hour of application. I actually liked the cedar and sage combination; to me it smelt green/woodland, clean, and natural (my spouse agreed), but it just doesn't have longevity. I'll continue with their unscented version and add any essential oils I want. It's a good nourishing lotion, but follow the directions to apply immediately, and with a bit of moisture on your skin, otherwise it won't absorb properly and you'll end up with a lotion film on your skin.
