The sunshine vitamin (vitamin D) gets an extra boost from vitamin K in this formula. Each D3+K2 Softgel contains 1000IU of D3 and 120mcg of Vitamin K2, from MK-7 (menaquinone-7). Both these vitamins will support bone health and will help the body to absorb and hold onto calcium – a mineral so critical for bone strength.

Improved circulation
So far it’s been 2 weeks and I already feel my overall health improved. I sleep better, I work better and just feel a lot better. So glad I bought this. Although they say 90 come in a bottle it seems like less than that, I haven’t stopped to count tho. I will and advise with update.

this is my favourite form to get both my K2 and D3 to help my bones be strong and the calcium go into the bones and not into tissues. I have been using it for 2 or more years.
