Directions: To boost nutrition, mix in your child's favourite beverage and shake well. For a delicious smoothie, blend with a 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen fruit.
Add more liquid to adjust thickness to your child's taste.- Ages 5-8: add 1 heaping scoop (8.8g) in 100ml-250ml.
- Ages 9-12: 2 heaping scoops (17.6g) in 200ml-500ml.
- Ages 13-18: 3 heaping scoops (26.4g) in 200ml-500ml.

Terrible Taste
The flavour is not good.
I have mixed it with many different types of drinks and my child still will not drink it. It's a strong weird vanilla that you cannot cover up in any liquid. I wish they had a different flavour.

Good quality, but not tasty
Good quality multivitamin and mineral supplement...But my kiddo did NOT like it. I couldn't even sneak a little in, she immediately noticed it. I will use it myself now, but won't buy again. From my grown-up perspective, the taste is just tolerable, and the texture is kind of gritty.

Overpowering Stevia aftertaste
I wanted to love this, but 1 of my kids hates the flavor and won't eat it unless I use half a scoop mixed in apple sauce. This is the second powdered multi we have tried that has an overpowering Stevie aftertaste. I wish they'd leave that out. I like the ingredient list, except for the preservatives.

Great vitamins
My toddler likes this drink and I feel happy to serve it to him with all the vitamins and minerals. Gives me peace of mind especially when he is in a picky phase and not eating much.

Tastes great
I prefer this powder over gummies and tablets that have corn syrup and gelatin. The powder uses stevia to sweeten which I believe is better than cane sugars. This tastes good and easy to use. I’ve baked with it too. Only criticism is I wish it had more vitamin D in it.

Great multivitamin powder for kids
It is difficult to find a product that is well-rounded for children and this one is great! We mix it for smoothies and so far so good. The little one doesn't eat much and so this ensures that she is getting her daily intake of nutrients.
