I put 2 teaspoons of cold water into a cup with the bone broth powder and mix into a paste. Add a bit more water or just your hot water, I usually fill halfway first, stir then the fill the cup. No lumps! Broth is a well known healing aid for atuo-immune conditions. Books like "The Keystone Approach" are a must read.

This product is as they claim. A very decent bone broth, in the form of a powder. Yes, you have to dissolve it. Yes it takes a bit of stirring to get it to dissolve; but when you consider what it is, it makes sense. Infact, if it dissolved easily I'd be re-examining the ingredient list with a bit of skepticism. I like adding a bit of ground ginger and hot pepper flakes for added flavor.

I honestly didnâÂÂt buy it for its taste, I have celiacs disease, and this is the second time I have only had Organika broth for three days, and this helped me more than 15 years of eating gluten free!

frustrated with this product
have tried various methods to get this lump free and i would say that i spend more time trying to get this product drinkable than actually drinking it. i have half a canister left and will probably throw it in the garbage because if i want a workout it should be stirring a drink. The one time i did managed to get it fairly lump free, the flavor was ok, hence the 2 out of 5 otherwise i would have given it a 1. My suggestions: either better describe the preparation process so that there is no guessing or make the product more liquid soluable.

A nice hot cup every morning.
Sifting it into the cup really helps with the lumps. I add a dash of salt and a pat of butter and whip it with my hand held blender to make a nice foamy cup of bullet proof bone broth. My morning ritual instead of coffee.

Bought this product to help with my stomach problems (microscopic colitis) and I think it works well. Only problem is that it is hard to dissolve and it has a slight taste. Other than that I think it's great and it's really helping my stomach !

Tasty and Quality
I like to mix this in a cup of hot water as I would a tea, often post-workout or in the evening. It does take some vigorous agitation to thoroughly mix as the powder is initially hydrophobic and tends to clump, but Organika already made a note of that. It's quite flavourful as-is, but it would pair very nicely with a number of spices or aromatics and would make for a great soup base too.
