Organika Whole Psyllium Seed Husk

Organika Whole Psyllium Seed Husk is a gentle non-gassy source of fiber that provides 20% of daily fiber intake. It collects 2-3 grams of water per gram of psyllium forming a gelatin-like mass that encourages regularity and helps to relieve constipation. Psyllium has a mild laxative effective by increasing fecal moisture, size and density. It promotes detoxification with it’s scrubbing action throughout the colon.

Directions: Mix 1 tbsp with at least 8 oz of water, juice or your favourite beverage. Stir and drink immediately. If too thick, add more liquid and stir. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure adequate hydration.
