I have to revise my review (the one below). Unfortunately the very first liner I ever used was fraying and came away at the edges, but since that first one, I haven't had a problem since. I've actually exercised, gone for long hikes, and even slept using some of them and they did not fray, shred or fall apart. So I have continued using them and quite happily! So please with the product and to have found a line as solid as Organyc :)

Slightly disappointed... I LOVE the Organyc products (read: tampons with/without applicator and maxi pads, as well as cotton swabs and make up rounds), but I must agree with some previous reviews... they don't last long. Like at all. Shredding--yes. Coming away at the edges--yes. They stay in place, and they're absorbent, but do I want them practically falling apart after an hour? No. So the search continues for a decent light flow liner. That being said all of Organycs' other products are amazing!!

I have used this product for many years. This past summer/fall (2015), it appears that the company has changed this product dramatically. As per the other recent review, it now falls apart when worn - with very little time, pieces are coming apart (imagine the horror of having something fall out your pant leg!!). Bottom line: the product is now thinner, the absorbent portion is thus less capable of performing properly, and the *worst* part is that the glue/adhesives between the layers disintegrates, leaving an inconvenience and mess behind. Definitely try another brand as this one has taken a turn for the worse, and there are other natural brands out there that will actually endure a few hours of wear and thus be a better way to spend your money (and achieve some peace of mind).

This product is excellent for a person with multiple allergies, and overall I am quite happy with it. There is only one thing I do not like--the pad shreds and falls apart very easily, especially when I am engaged in vigorous workouts. I realize that by using only cotton it is difficult to create something that will not shred, and I am glad that I have the option to buy pads without synthetic materials. So that is a minor flaw; I give this product four stars out of five.

Non-toxic and stay in place pretty well. I used another brand of natural liners, and they were hard to remove and left permanent adhesive stripes on
my undies! After reading that there are toxic chemicals in the fabric used for women's underwear, I like to use these as a protective layer all the time.
