The louder the crunch, the bigger the berry? We're not sure thats exactly how it works, but they definitely added all the blueberries and mixed berries they could to a blend of pumpkin, sunflower, seasame and flax seeds.

A Seedy Friend Knows Me Well!
A friend ordered me a "care package" from well.ca and I'm hooked on these! I've also ordered the sweet and savoury version, so I'll keep you posted. Thank you for having such a wide selection of keto-friendly snacks. I've been eating keto for three years now and it really agrees with me. Having "treats" such as these really helps me stay on track.

Prefer the berry over the chocolate flavor
Sadly, costco sells only the chocolate flavor at a considerable lower bulk price, but I prefer the berry. I use it as my “granola” with almond milk, and mix it with my other keto cereals when I need to adjust the carb/protein/fat ratio for my days macros.
