Good but expensive
The price is really what breaks it for me, the flavour is good, but I can't spend that much, the texture was not quite what i expected, reminiscent of cooked celery but it wasn't bad, texture is usually a thing for me but i was fine with this, one thing you should know though is that when you layer your lasagna make sure the pieces are layered the same way, you can't cut through them easily even though they're soft so if theyre layered in opposite directions you'll end up pulling more noodles out than intended, also might want to do thin filling layers as will most low carb alternaties, more of the low carb subsititute is better

Nice low carb option for lasagna
I purchased these to use in lasagna. When prepared with my usual recipe and replacing the noodles with the Palmini, I was happy with the result.
These do not have any distinct taste, which makes the rest of your lasagna flavours stand out. The only pointer I would give is to be prepared for a firmer texture that still tastes like cooked vegetables, rather than the softness of a regular lasagna noodle.
