Rated 3 out of 5 by from Two-piece ear syringe, not one The product photo doesn't match the item I received. I was expecting the syringe to be a 1-piece construction as operated to a 2-piece. There are no ribs on the bulb section for easy gripping. I suppose a bulb syringe is a bulb syringe.
