This digital thermometer has a color-coded screen light that alerts you of a fever (red), low fever (orange), or lets you know that the reading is normal (green). With the easy One-Button operation and large Easy-To-Read 3 Digit LCD, results are displayed in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. Better than more expensive thermometers
When I read the negative review on this thermometer I decided to test mine. For seven days I took my temperature with an oral mercury thermometer as well as with the infrared digital thermometer. I found the digital thermometer to be very accurate. The other reviewer should tell us how they tested the thermometer.

Good Product
I am happy with this product so far. After receiving the thermometer I tested it and compared temperature using the new thermometer, a underarm digital thermometer and a classic under the tongue mercury thermometer. All the temperatures were very close, this leading me to believe the new thermometer is giving good results.
