Easy to swallow - directed at teens
I now buy this product for my teenaged son, love that it is tailored to that age group. He likes the funky colour of the pills, black! Easy to swallow as they have a gel-like outer surface. Our multi for him until he requires men's formula.

Great vitamin for teens
I bought this a month ago and I am already noticing an improvement in my sons mood, which is the Maine reason I bought it. Very easy to take as they are not too large. Have already reordered!
