Great
We have been through Amy types of multivitamins to find something that our teenage daughter would swallow and this works. Great that they contain iron. Her first impression if these was relctancevduebtomtheir dark blue colour but we discussed that being from blueberries so she tried one and never looked back.

I do believe it is a good product only wish it was in a non capsule easily to take for the teen who cannot take pill/caps easily
