Incredible quality! I trust this brand and appreciate the high dose of Vit D!
If you don't know, humans on the top side of the equator are dangerously low in Vit D levels ... which is a major building block and affects SO many processes!!!!
I even up my intake to 8,000 IU in winter, 6,000 IU in Spring/Summer.
I notice healthy mood management, less headaches, allllll the goodness. I will forever purchase this product. Thanks Well and Prairie Naturals for making it easy to take care of my health.

Prairie Natural Vitamin D3 is very easy to swallow, small gel capsules. Like the fact that the base is olive oil. Feel good about taking these and will not be without.
