I was unaware that this vitamin contains higher than recommended vitamin b6 which can cause nerve damage
"In 2023, the Panel on Nutrition, Novel Foods and Food Allergens of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) released a scientific opinion on the tolerable upper intake
levels for vitamin B6 [35]. Based on systematic reviews that examined associations between vitamin B6 and peripheral neuropathy, the panel set an upper limit for vitamin B6 of 12 mg/day for all adults, including those who are pregnant or lactating, with lower amounts ranging from 2.2 to 10.7 mg/day for infants and children, depending on age."

A Must Have
Before I started taking these prenatals, my cycle was 24 days and would get my LH peak on day 16-17. I had a miscarriage in May 2023, and decided to research a better prenatal as I was taking First Response Gummies. It did not take long after taking these for my cycle to consistently be 26 days. As well, on my fourth cycle with them and I got my LH peak on day 13! While they do have a smell, they are easy to swallow....and I usually struggle to swallow pills. I highly recommend this product.

Awesome vitamins!
No complaints, although I wish it was a twice a day vitamin so I could space it out. I dont think I'm absorbing all its goodness based on the colour of my urine shortly after taking it.

I switched to this from a more expensive one because it has the same about of vitamins and minerals in it but you only need to take one a day. It lasts longer and is cheaper comparison.

Not sure if I'd recommend
My main 2 complaints are that these pills made me constipated and smelled bad. But otherwise seemed fine. I've heard prenatal pills can make you feel constipated so this might be an unfair review but that was my experience.

Will not buy again
I am not a picky person.
It smells really bad, if you can get over that wonderful. I have tried lots of prenatal vitamins at this point this is the only one that turns my urine highlighter yellow. I do not believe it is built for the body to absorb properly. I will not be purchasing this again.

Pregnant after one month
I was looking for a prenatal that was specifically made for preconception and I’m so happy I found this one. After one full cycle of taking these I became pregnant. The only down side was bright yellow urine from all the vitamin B.
