Seem to work
I've been experiencing lower leg pain due to sudden activity after leaving a desk job of over 30 years and eagerly tore open the packaging to start using something, anything, that might help. Within 2 days my legs feel more relaxed, less stiff and sore so I do believe whatever these were designed to do, they are doing it and well! Practically unnoticeable in my shoes and while I walk I didn't think they would work, but they did!
