Best texture so far.
My review is based on the texture- this is the best one I have tried in terms of how it dissolved in keto coffee. There's a slight gritty texture but much less than any others I have tried. I think I prefer just coconut oil (I also like the coconut flavour) but this dissolved well and the resulting coffee has a pretty good texture and nice taste, no aftertaste. I just have one scoop, 1 tablespoon butter and a few drops of vanilla in my coffee, then use an immersion blender.
