Directions:
Adults and children 2 years and over. Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth. Repeat every 2 hours as needed or as directed by a doctor.

Mild but effective
I like these lozenges for throat soothing (not great for any decongestant effects as there isn’t a strong menthol flavour). They taste great and are individually wrapped which is great for bringing a couple on the go, but not great for the environment. If you have a super sore throat I would highly recommend the throat spray from this same brand instead!
