Nips a cold in the bud!
My husband and I have used this product for a few years now after researching the benefits of zinc in fighting off colds. Neither of us is a believer in most of the products that claim to do this job. However, after doing a fair bit of research, we feel confident that zinc is effective - both to ward off colds and to lessen their severity. At the very first sign of a cold, we use this spray and have found it does indeed nip a cold in the bud. As well, it gives good instant relief to a sore throat.
