Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great absorbency and LONGEST pad on earth This is long I mean the longest pad there exists and I have tried a lot of ‘longest’ pads from different brands. I use extremely long pads at night so that I don’t have to get up in the middle of the night, it helps when you move a lot or sleep on your back and your undergarments and bed won’t be stained. It also has great capacity and soft on skin since its organic cotton. Absolutely recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Way too long to be functional with my regular underwear These definitely provide overnight leak security but....they are way too long! They are so long I needed to dig through my underwear drawer to find some super high waisted undies to even be able to use these. These will not fit inside regular underwear, even fuller coverage, boy-brief style underwear. You need extremely high rise ones to wear these. In order for them to be functional they would have to be a few inches shorter. On the upside, if you can find undies to wear with these, you definitely won't have any leaks.
