One of the best brands of organic feminine products
These outperform the usual suspects in the lady aisle and are one of the best in the organic space. The competition is either too thin, too scratchy and stiff, or does not have the full overage these overnight pads have. Rael extra long work great. For heavy flow days, I use these ones as the daytime pads on super heavy days and never worry about leaks or accidents. But they are definitely full coverage. The cotton is so nice and non-irritating. Not sure what the comment about them being too thin is about. They are not too thin. They have layers of absorbent material. It is meant for nighttime use so expect it to be half the size of the old school full on pads and nothing like a pantyliner. If you need even more coverage there is one more size up that works even better for overnight. You can go up to their extra long for overnight pads if you need a bit more. They're even longer.

Soft for postpartum recovery
The soft cotton cover was comfortable and didn't pull on stitches. Had minimal bleeding, so the level of absorbance was adequate, but may not be for others.
