Ralston Family Farms Golden Rice

Long-grain, lightly milled whole-grain rice with a distinctive golden colour that cooks in 15 minutes.

Tip: Rinse rice with water before cooking for a light and fluffy texture.

Directions:  

• Stove Top: Combine 1 cup rice and 1 cups water or stock. Bring to a boil. Stir, cover, and reduce heat to simmer. Cook on low for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff and enjoy. 
• Rice Cooker: Combine 1 cup rice and 1ݽ cup water or stock. Press the whole-grain function. Once cooking is complete, let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff and enjoy. 
• Instant Pot: Combine 1 cup rice and 1 cup water or stock. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release. Fluff and enjoy.
