Recommended use or purpose: Multi-vitamin/mineral supplement for immune system support and maintenance of good health.

Recommended dose (adults): One (1) tablet once daily.

Directions of use: Dissolve one tablet in a cool glass of water, drink with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
