This Hot Sauce is made with the Trinidad Scorpion Pepper which is insanely hot! 1.5 million scoville units in an unprocessed Scorpion Pepper. To make this sauce exquisite, they blended it with the delicious tart flavour of Granny Smith Apples and the sweetness of Pure Maple syrup. For a little more spice they spinkled some Urfa Biber Pepper flakes in order to create a unique spicy flavour experience. Use with caution.
