Serving Size: 1 Servings Per Container: 60 

Recommended Dosage: Adults take 1 capsule once a day, at or before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. If seal around cap is broken or missing, do not use.
